Antique ensi by the Saryk Turkmen.

2nd half 19th century.

Of rare small size, almost square.

In excellent original condition with no repairs.

Even wear with fair pile. Original sides and traces of kilim at the top end, very slight loss at the lower end.

Good dyes with cochenial highlights.

Size: 3ft 11in x 3ft 9in. (120 x 114cm).

Date: 2nd half 19th century.
